I seek to help you be your best, doing your favorite activity, be it dancing, horseback riding, music, singing, or simply moving gracefully and painlessly through life. My understanding of the body and how it moves comes from my lifelong passion – dancing.

I call on my studies in ballet and modern dance (40 years), Pilates (40 years), the Alexander Technique (30 years), Yoga (20 years) and developmental movement (20 years) to teach you a process of holistic self-care that offers a calm yet alert awareness of how you move through your world. I help you explore your potential to enjoy the sense of expansion, and confidence that comes with fully embracing who you are - both physically and mentally - from the inside out.
