About
I'm an AMSAT Certified Alexander Technique Teacher and Somatic Practitioner. I teach on the faculty at the Riverside Initiative for Alexander Technique/Sapientia Center where I work with trainees and teach group classes. I incorporate modalities like Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, and Reiki. I have also trained with Somatic Experiencing International, The Embody Lab, and Maha Rose. I received a BFA in Musical Theater from The Boston Conservatory and have a background performing in Theater, Film/TV, and Comedy. I am passionate about helping you regulate your nervous system and cultivate more ease in your life.
