Since completing AT teacher training, Laurie Shawger has been exploring the power of inhibition and direction to increase awareness of options, which inherently unlocks potentials. She is the owner of Unibody Alexander Technique, LLC in Milwaukee, WI.
Laurie trained at ATMKE. She is a classical violinist, now retired from a 34 year career in the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. She earned Bachelor and Master of Music degrees at the Juilliard School.
In 2022, Laurie graduated Mount Mary University, Master of Science degree, concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She currently is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice.
