Certified in 2001, Molly teaches the Alexander Technique in Austin, TX to athletes, performers, people who want better posture, and individuals with chronic pain and neurological disorders. In 2010, Molly received a PhD in Neuroscience & Behavior and a postdoctoral fellowship to research back pain. She was the training director for the Alexander Training Center - Austin until 2024. Molly also performs with a couple oldtime/bluegrass bands around central Texas. Bringing together her background in fitness, dance, music, voice, kinesiology, and neuroscience; Molly offers Alexander students highly skilled instruction in the fundamentals of the Alexander Technique and its usefulness for reducing tension or pain and improving presence and performance of activities of all types.
