Please NOTE: Although AmSAT encourages AT Teachers to list our "Categories" of Interest. The truth is any certiied teacher of the Alexander Technique is highly qualified and capable of teaching any person who wants to examine and change their habitual patterns that interfere with the life they wish to live.  The Alexander Technique is a process that is applicable to all activities.  Over the years I have worked with individuals from many walks of life - musicians, actors, singers, dancers, people in pain, computer programers, areospace engineers, neuroscientists, surgeons, yoga instuctors, pilates instructors, puppeteers, people with breathing problems, people with high anxiety, people on the spectrum, the list goes on.  YOU can apply the AT to living your improved life. Enjoy working with an AT Certified Teacher near you.  Some cognitive information can be learned on zoom but reeducating the kinesthetic sense is best achieved in person with the gentle hands-on guidance.  Here's to YOU learning to reduce tension and stress in everyday activities ~ Study the Alexander Technique ~ Life Just Got Easier!
