Presented by Yale School of Medicine/Yale Hospital: This series of 4 online classes for people with Parkinson's teaches improved posture, movement, balance, and breathing through strengthening the mind-body connection. For this mini-series, we will be conducting research that involves both a pre- and post program survey. Your participation in the study is completely voluntary, and choosing not to participate in the study will not affect your ability to join or enjoy the program. He is former Chairman of the Board of the American Center for the Alexander Technique and has published three books on the topic.
