Free up your music practice with this 4-week group class! Learn to move, breathe, and do what you want to do with less effort and greater comfort, coordination, and confidence.

• $100 for the 4-week series 
• Taught by Juilliard faculty Fanny Wyrick-Flax (AmSAT-certified Alexander Technique teacher and flutist)
