This class offers musicians practical tools to prevent injury, improve practice habits, and support a sustainable career. You’ll learn to recognize habits that may be holding you back, make intentional choices in how you think and move, and apply key ideas from the Alexander Technique directly to your music practice. Musicians of all levels are welcome—no prior experience with the Alexander Technique is needed. Please feel free to bring your instrument! In-person only.
