There are a few spaces left in the The Alexander Technique for People Living With Parkinson's class, sponsored by Yale Hospital. It is free, and it's online. 4 Fridays starting February 6th, 2:30 - 3:30 pm. Care partners are also welcome. In the class you work on finding ease and freedom in movement and in the activities of daily life. Easier, deeper breathing is explored, and coordinating how you use your mind-body in activity.
