This one-hour workshop focuses on teaching the Alexander Technique to professionals—from actors and anchors to lawyers and executives—in ways that respect both the principles of the work and the unique demands of high-stakes roles. Through demonstration and discussion, participants will explore simple, effective pedagogical choices for cultivating presence, clarity, and ease, and consider how to adapt language and teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse professional students.


Bio:

Morgan Rysdon is an ACAT graduate with 15 years of teaching experience and founder of Center Studio. Drawn to the Alexander Technique through acting, she helps students improve performance, relieve pain, and strengthen the mind-body connection. Based in Atlanta, she maintains a private practice in both Atlanta and NYC, works online, and coaches Alexander Technique teachers—supporting them in building and sustaining successful private practices. Her approach is intentionally engaging, humorous, and nonjudgmental.
