This Intermediate class in the Alexander Technique meets on Tuesdays at 2:00 pm EST for one hour. We explore intermediate studies in the Alexander Technique with intermediate level students and new instructors. Carrington spirals, floor work, problem solving and more. Come enjoy building our skills together. Over 30 year instructor Lisa First runs this ongoing class online. Find pleasure in Alexander Technique community and in enjoying constructive change!  Monthly cost is payable the first week of the month for a reduced rate.  Singles available.
