This practical 90-minute workshop introduces the Alexander Technique as a way to improve posture, coordination, and movement to support healthy bones and stronger muscles. Through simple experiential activities, participants will explore how reducing tension and improving alignment allows forces to travel more efficiently through the body during everyday movements like standing, bending, walking, and lifting. Open to everyone interested in bone health and injury prevention. Taught in-person with the option to attend on Zoom.
